We are the Northwest leader in motorcycle pull behind trailers.

Brief History: Our design engineer has many years of experience designing race car chassis and sophisticated suspension systems plus he has been riding motorcycles all his life. He knows and understands the importance of designing and building a trailer that is both easy to pull and easy to load.

Our goal from the start was to design the AST to be the safest trailer to pull and load on the market. With the increase in big rig traffic and the reduction in state’s highway budgets, today’s roads are not in the best condition and you don’t want a stiffly-suspended trailer that is hard on your tow vehicle and jars your bike to pieces going down the road.

There are many unique things designed into our AST products, let’s cover them one by one comparing them to other trailers that are out there to understand all the advantages an AST brings to our customers.

The first thing that is unique to our products is the Air Lowering System. All other motorcycle hauling trailers require some type of ramp to load and unload your bike. It didn’t used to be as difficult in the past as we were all younger and bikes were not as heavy as today’s cruiser or touring motorcycles. When I was twenty I could ride my dirt bike up a 2” x 6” plank into the back of my pickup at about 20 mph, slam on the brakes before I went through the cab and yell Whoa! Well, I can’t do that anymore as my body just doesn’t repair itself as fast plus today, repairing a bike is a lot more expensive.

Automatic Air Lowering System: Our proprietary Automatic Air Lowering System works as follows: You simply flip a switch on the front of the right fender of the AST and the rear of the AST lowers right to the ground. What this basically does is deflate the air out of the Air Ride Suspension System, which causes the rear of the trailer to lower to the ground. You simply ride your bike onto the trailer; if you can ride down the street you can ride it onto our AST.

Capture Wheel Chock: As your bike goes onto the trailer the bike’s front tire goes into what is called a Capture Wheel Chock that traps your front tire and holds your bike upright. You don’t even have to put your kick stand down. Just get off your bike and go around to the front of the right fender and flip the switch back up.

While you are tying your bike down, the on-board compressor that is located under the right fender will refill the Air Ride Suspension System and bring the trailer back up to ride height, then turn off. The compressor is powered from 12 volts supplied to the trailer from your tow vehicle.

EZ Tie Down System: We have also simplified tying your bike down with our EZ Tie Down System. This is a unique tie down system that utilizes a 2” wide tie down strap with a hook on the end that automatically retracts into a seat belt type of housing that we mount permanently to the corners of our AST chassis. It is designed such that it will swivel to line up and attach anywhere on your motorcycle. You simply hook it onto your bike and click the lever a couple of times until the strap is tight. You simply push the release lever to release it and it will recoil back into its housing for safekeeping. You don’t have to worry about any straps hanging out banging on your bike like with the ratchet straps that we have all used for many years.

This entire loading process takes only about three minutes and makes loading your bike a snap. We call it “One Person Ride on Loading”.
